One where you have ways to help yourself in life situations to find peace or just regain balance. This process draws on SRT, on ancient wisdom from a yogic perspective, utilizes teachings from highly conscious teachers, meditation, breath work called pranayam, hand positions called mudras, and simple insight practices to assist us during the session as well as give you tools you can use in your daily life.
